Weldon Russo
OTR


Weldon's Special Credentials: Weldon is a co-founder of Fort Worth Physical Therapy. He has earned the trust of many orthopedic surgeons for treatment of the hand, arm, and shoulder. He also served on the State Board of Texas Occupational Therapy Association for 2 years.

Hobbies: Weldon enjoys spending time with family and friends. He also enjoys playing the drums at church, soccer, and volleyball.

   


Luke McKenzie
MPT


Luke's Special Credentials: Luke has received special training in Spine rehabilitation, especially related to running and playing golf. Prior to co-founding Fort Worth Physical Therapy, he was Director of the Outpatient Physical Therapy Clinic at Harris Methodist Southwest Hospital.

Hobbies: When not treating patients, Luke enjoys spending time with family and friends. He also enjoys reading, running, and golf. Luke is a former track athlete at Texas Christian University.


   


Patrick Kimball

Patrick's Special Credentials:
Patrick graduated from the University of Texas for Health Science. He has fourteen years of experience with hand rehabilitation associates.

Hobbies: Patrick enjoys spending time with his wife and triplet daughters, reading and also working in the yard.

What I Like Most: Seeing people progress from a state of pain, frustration and fear to function again.

   


Jennifer Ratner
PT, DPT, MS, OCS



Jennifer's Special Credentials: Jennifer is a Board Certified Orthopedic Specialist, a formal designation of advanced clinical knowledge, experienced and skilled in the area of Orthopedics. She incorporates her years of training in orthopedics and manual therapy into her treatments, performing spinal and peripheral joint manipulations. She has been published in peer reviewed journals and continued to further her knowledge and skills by completing her doctorate in Physical Therapy.

Education: University of Arizona, Tucson, Arizona: Bachelor of Science in Psychology, 1995. University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, Dallas, Texas: Bachelor of Science Physical Therapy, 1999. Texas Woman's University, Dallas, Texas: Master of Science Physical Therapy, 2007. Drexel University, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania: Doctorate in Orthopedic Physical Therapy, 2009.

Hobbies: Jennifer enjoys spending time with family and friends, especially her husband and daughters. She also enjoys scuba diving, golf, water skiing, and traveling.

What I Like Most: Making a difference in people's lives through her treatments. Whether it is decreasing pain to return to functional activities, strengthening and conditioning, or returning athletes to sports. Jennifer loves working with patients to achieve their goals and to enhance their performance.


   


Erin Rambo
RT, MC



Erin's Special Credentials: Erin has earned a Bachelors degree from the University of Oklahoma in Health and Exercise Science. She also helps with two radio shows on TCU's radio station, 88.7 KTCU. She's an Assistant Producer for The Good Show, a music show on Saturday mornings from 9am-noon, and a frequent guest co-host for Fan boy Radio, a talk show about graphic novels and comics on Sunday evenings from 6-7pm.

Hobbies: Erin enjoys running, being outside, exploring different genres of music, and playing ultimate Frisbee. Additionally, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, being a bookworm, collecting comics, and hanging out with her dog, Layla. She plans on continuing her education and going to graduate school for Physical Therapy next year.

What I Like Most: Patients aren't treated generically at our clinic. Everyone is evaluated individually, right where they are. I've truly enjoyed seeing patients get better and stay that way.



   


Beth Obana
Rehab Tech



Beth's Special Credentials: Beth graduated from TCU in 2000 with a B. S. in Kinesiology. She has also worked in rehab since 2001.

Hobbies: Beth enjoys going to church, spending time with her family and friends, and her dogs Casey and Koa.

What I Like Most: Treating all patients as individuals in a family fun atmosphere. She enjoys when patients get the best care in the shortest time to get them better.

Rudy's Special Credentials: Rudy graduated as a PTA from the University of Hawaii. He has worked in Hawaii for five years and five years as a Rehab Tech in Texas.

Hobbies: Rudy enjoys spending time with family and friends, hiking, camping, fishing, basketball, surfing, traveling, listening to music, and watching sports.

What I Like Most: Seeing people get better and back to the life they enjoy. He also enjoys getting to know and motivating patients.

Hobbies: Suzanne enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She loves hanging out with her puppy, Ruth, and her kitty, Daisey. She also loves to read and work in her yard.

What I Like Most: Suzanne enjoys the relationships that are developed patients as their progress continues in their therapy sessions.
   


Ryan Westby
PT, DPT


Ryan's Special University of Texas: Austin, TX, BS in Communications. Hardin-Simmons University, Doctorate of Physical Therapy 2007.

Hobbies: Ryan enjoys spending time with his wife and son. He also enjoys triathlons, wake boarding, volunteering at church, reading, and traveling with friends and family.

What I Like Most: The professional therapeutic environment where the patient feels they have received excellent results for the time invested in their rehab experience.
   


Pam Minatra
PTA, TCC


Pam's Special Credentials: Pam graduated from Tarrant County College with an Associates in Science. She is a licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Texas and has five years of orthopedic physical therapy.

Hobbies: Quilting/sewing, reading, personal fitness, but her main hobby is, keeping up with her two year old son.

What I Like Most: I really enjoy the hands on approach at FWPT and getting to know the patients on a personal level while aiding them on a path to recovery.
   


Bambi Barrett
OTR


Bambi's Special Credentials: Texas Tech, University of Health Sciences, SIPT Certified, worked with pediatric clients with sensory, neurological and orthopedic conditions and adult clients with orthopedic conditions for more than 12 years.

Hobbies: Bambi enjoys scrap booking, crafts and spending time with family and friends.

What I Like Most: whether its with children or adults, I enjoy seeing patients progress toward pain-free independence with their daily living skills.

Chuck's Special Credentials: Chuck holds licenses to practice Physical Therapy in Virginia and Texas. Chuck has also been named the Outstanding Young Americans list in 1996.

What I Like Most: I love meeting new patients, talking to them, and getting to know them I enjoy using my skills as a gift to help patients move and feel better. I hope that for a brief moment while in therapy, the patient can allow themselves to laugh, relax and forget about some of their daily issues.
