Heather Means

Heather graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Sam Houston State University and a doctorate of Physical Therapy from Angelo State University. She began her career at Texas Rehab Hospital of Fort Worth, then spent time as a traveling physical therapist all across the country.

Heather received a board certification as a specialist in neurological physical therapy by the APTA in 2018. She treats conditions such as stroke, spinal cord injury, brain injury, MS, Parkinson’s, and vestibular disorders.

She recently settled back in Fort Worth permanently and enjoys being outdoors, cooking, running, and spending time with her husband, Ty, and rescue dogs, Moose and Lili.
