Karen Lacy

Karen is an occupational therapist with over 25 years of experience. She began her college education at Hardin-Simmons University where she played volleyball. She transferred to Texas Woman’s University and graduated in 1993 with a bachelor of science of occupational therapy with a minor in Psychology.

Karen started her career in a hospital setting, serving as Senior OT and later as Director of Rehab. She also worked in a clinical setting where she developed the OT inpatient and outpatient hand clinic. She began working for Fort Worth Physical Therapy in 2010 specializing in outpatient hand and upper extremity rehab. She loves helping people. Being an OT allows her to use her gifts to assist patients regain their lives back after a life altering injury.

Karen is a wife and mother of two sons and a daughter. She spends most of her time outside of work spending time with family, helping coach her daughter in volleyball, and serving in her local church.
