Ty graduated with a bachelor degree in kinesiology from Angelo State University in 2009 and a doctorate degree in physical therapy in 2012. He began his working career in Abilene, Texas. He completed a Fellowship with the Gray Institute in 2017, and he has been a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist since 2012.
Ty enjoys treating patients with orthopedic and sports injuries. He takes a whole-body approach, looking at functional movement patterns, to create specific treatment programs based on the abilities and goals of each individual patient.
When not at work, he enjoys woodworking, being outdoors, and spending time with his wife, Heather, and two dogs, Moose and Lili.
